Become a patient

You can register if you live nearby and do not yet have a GP in the area.

The practice is open to residents of postcode areas 2034, 2035, 2036 and 2037. Registration is handled through the online registration form.

Make an appointment

Call the assistant on 023-5338259. For a same-day appointment, please call preferably between 08:00 and 09:00.

Online appointment

You can make online appointments with the GP or assistant via MijnGezondheid.net. Use DigiD to log in.

Home visit

If you cannot come to the practice, please call before 10:00. Home visits usually take place between 11:00 and 13:00.

E-consultation

Suitable for non-urgent questions. The GP will always decide whether an in-person appointment is needed.

For acute symptoms, choose the fastest route.

Practical

Good to know before your visit.

Single or double appointment

One 10-minute appointment is intended for 1 concern. If you have 2 concerns, you can book a double 20-minute appointment so we can give you the attention you need.

Cancelling prevents costs

Cancel an appointment at least 4 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows may lead to a no-show fee.

Phone calls are recorded

Since May 2022, phone calls have been recorded. Recordings are kept for 90 days and then automatically deleted.

Vaccinations/travel advice

On request, we offer vaccinations, such as shingles and flu, and travel advice for our own patients. A fixed fee applies. Please contact the practice for more information and the current fee.
